 Ales Parez joined Gareth Edds of MK Dons and Peter Hieizer of MK Lions, Milton Keynes Mayor, Mike Barry and MK Council Leader, John Best as the preparations were made for this years Sports Relief.
The five were urging people to sign up for just oe mile at the city's flagship Mile in 8 weeks time.
Milton Keynes will host a Sainsbury's Sport Relief Mile in March - people can register to take part from now at www.sportrelief.com as the campaign launches across the UK. The campaign is supporting by lots of famous faces, the Spice Girls, Davina McColl, Alan Shearer to name a few.
Why not join in, wear the MK Lightning colours, raise money for Sport Relief.
