Shirt Sponsorship 2008/09 |
|
After the overwhelming success of the away shirts, the cup shirts and of course the pink play off shirts last season, It has been decided that for the upcoming season both Home and Away players shirts will be available for individual sponsorship. This is your chance to have your name on the back of the shirt worn by your favourite player each time he steps onto the ice. As you can see from my avatar, it does look very smart! At the end of the season, you will be presented with your shirt by the player and the shirt is yours to keep.
Following feedback after the play off shirts became available; we have set a start date for taking sponsorships. The start date for bids will be 9am on Monday 14th July 2008. Unfortunately with it being the close season it is very difficult to communicate this to everyone without using the internet, so could I ask that people spread the word about this so that as many people as possible get to know.
As was the way for the away shirts last season, the cost of sponsoring a shirt is £250. But, as both home and away shirts are available, you can sponsor 2 shirts for £400. So say you wanted to sponsor Gary Clarke's home and away shirt, it would cost you £400 as a special price for the two. You will of course get to keep both shirts at the end of the season, and all sponsors will be displayed in a grid in the match night programme.
We understand that this is a lot of money to part with in one hit, so we have come up with a payment plan for those who wish to spread the cost a little. To sponsor one shirt, we require £150 deposit to secure the shirt and get your name on it, and the balance of £100 to be paid by December 1st 2008. If you would like to sponsor 2 shirts, then a deposit of £200 secures the shirts and gets your name on it, with the balance of £200 to be paid by December 1st 2008.
As all the squad have yet to be named, shirts will become available during the summer as and when players are announced. If you would like to sponsor a shirt then we would require the deposit 2 weeks after you have expressed your interest to us. If a deposit is not received by this time, then the shirt will again become available for sponsorship to someone else. This way it is fair to all and we don’t end up with shirts with names on them of people that haven’t paid.
To register your interest, please email Dave at dave@b2promodesign.com. Dave (Embroiderer), Mary (Mrs Golly) or myself will happily answer any questions or queries you may have via PM on here. Sponsorships will be done on a first come first served basis from Monday 14th July.
Many thanks in advance for everyone's support. |
