Randy Ready To Re-Light The Fire |

 Milton Keynes Lightning are pleased to announce that Greg Randall will be returning for his 6th season with the Black and Gold. The versatile player, who can play as both a defender and a forward spent one season (2006/07) with the Chelmsford Chieftains and played with MKL for the first 5 years before taking his year out. Greg had last season interrupted by injury but is very keen to get back into action and bring some silverware back to the Thunderdome.
Nick on Greg's return, 'Randy has been one of the top British players in our league for the past six seasons and we are thrilled to have him back in MK Colours again for next season. Although we primarily play him as a defender he gives us so many different options due to his high overall skill level and we can use on all our special teams as well.
He had an awful injury last season that kept him out of action for a couple of months and we sorely missed him from our line-up. However, because of that injury I believe he will come into this season much fresher and hungrier and I am sure our team will benefit from it. Randy has become a firm fan favourite and we all look forward to seeing his silky skills on display again this coming season.'
