Lightning Psyched By Latest Signing |

The Milton Keynes Lightning are very pleased to announce the signing of British defenceman Dan Croft for the upcoming season. Dan has spent his entire career playing in Telford where he has captained the side and has been given the nickname 'Psycho'. He is a big strong defenseman who is always tough to play against. He immediately gives us more of a physical prescence at the back and will provide the side with grit and leadership.
Coach Poole on his latest signing,'This has been a big move for Dan and I am very pleased we have been able to get him to come to MK. He has probably been one of the more unsung British defenders in our league and he is a player that I know we have always hated playing against. He is an aggressive and physical player that gives his all every game and I know he is going to fit in very well with our group of players. He is going to be a key player for us next season and is exactly the player we needed on our roster. With some of the smaller rinks in our league it is important that we have the right balance of both skill and grit. Dan brings both to our side and I know he will become a fan favorite quickly for the way he plays the game.
