As most of you know the chosen charity for this season is Help for Heroes, this will take place during the whole of November culminating in a cheque presentation on the ice to a guest of honour from the charity.

This season, like previous one's we will be having one off shirts made for the home strip and the away strip, at the moment the design hasn't been finalised but hopefully this should be achieved within the next ten days!!..This will mean that we will be taken shirt sponsors before the shirts are actually revealed(or designed!!) we appreciate this may not be to everyone's liking but judging by the comments the sc committee have received then it will be the charity/cause that will sell the shirts and not the design!!

Again, like we did for Breast Cancer Care and Prostate Cancer, we will be looking for sponsors for the playing shirts, as we like to make the month unique and special to the shirt sponsors there will be no replica shirts available, the cost of sponsoring a shirt is £150 of which the profits will be split 50/50 between the charity and MKL. Sponsors will have there name on the back of the chosen players shirt, name in the home matchnight programme throughout November, name on the scrolling billboard above the benches and also read out on a match night.
