With seven goals from seven matches, a ‘warm welcome’ simply isn’t enough for Milton Keynes Lightning’s newest signing Blaz Emersic – so a Red Hot welcome has been arranged for supporters to meet the team and its newest hot-shot.

The MK Lightning squad will be eating out in a private dining area of Red Hot World Buffet in Central Milton Keynes on Monday 31 January and a limited number of places are available for supporters to join the them for the evening.

Red Hot World Buffet is one of the team’s main sponsors this season, and have agreed a discount of 50 per cent on their normal prices for the event, meaning adults can join the welcoming party and eat for only £6.50, with tickets for children available for only £3-25. As well as spending the evening with the Lightning team, supporters will have the chance to buy Lightning merchandise and win some very special prizes on the night, raising funds for the team at the same time.

If you ever struggle trying to pick a meal from a set menu, Red Hot World Buffet gives you a choice from over 110 dishes from seven different world cuisines – Chinese, Italian, Mexican, Indian, Cajun, Japanese and Thai.  And because all food is served as a buffet, you can have as much or as little as you wish from the dishes that you choose for yourself. 

Chairman of the MK Lightning Supporters’ Club, Dave Bunyan, said how pleased he was that the club was able to give supporters the chance to welcome the team’s newest addition: “We’re absolutely thrilled to be able to give something back to the supporters in the form of an evening with the team, and it’s a chance for them and the team to welcome the newest recruit to the MK Lightning family.”

Limited tickets will be available to Supporters Club members from Mary at the SC stand up until the end of the first period break at saturdays game against Guildford at the special price of only £6.50 for adults and £3.25 for children, and then on general sale (subject to availability) during the second period break.
