The Milton Keynes Lightning are pleased to announce the return of Michael Wales for an eighth season with the team. Muzzy as he is known by all, will bring his aggressive play and all-action effort to every match over the upcoming season in hopes of reclaiming the league title.
Nick on Muzzy's re-signing, 'Muzzy is one of our engine room players and we are really pleased to have him back for another season. He has worked hard on his game over the last few years and we are starting to see a lot more offense from him and I know that will continue this coming year. More importantly is the energy level he brings and the consistency in which he brings it. He is an annoying player to play against and I want him to stay that way!"
Poole went on to add, 'He is a real character in the changing room and has a habit of coming up with some timely goals. I know the fans will be very happy to see number 6 back in the line up for the coming season."
