They say that fish is good for the brain, and everyone enjoys giving their brain a work-out with a good quiz – so come and have the best of both at the next MK Lightning Supporters’ Club Quiz Night on Wednesday 1st February, in the bar at Planet Ice Arena in Milton Keynes – home of our very own MK Lightning.

The Supporters’ Club Quiz Nights are always a favourite and well-attended event, with a range of prizes up for grabs as well as a raffle!  As well as good company, good fun, good food and good prizes, all profits from the night will go directly towards helping the Lightning pay for essential expenses.

Last season the MK Lightning Supporters’ Club contributed over £30,000 towards the team’s running costs thanks to events like this.  With other clubs in the EPL, Elite and National ice hockey leagues struggling to cover their expenses and some releasing players to ease the wages bill or even folding completely, for us to be able to give a big sum like this to the Lightning is a huge boost to Club finances that not every club has the luxury of.   So you can come along and have a fun evening while knowing you're helping the team!

You can come along either as a team (maximum six people), or come on your own and join a team on the night.  The cost is only £4 per person for Supporters’ Club members or £6 per person for non members).

The doors open for the MKLSC quiz night at 7.15pm, food orders to be placed by 7.30pm, and the quiz gets underway at 7.45pm prompt.
