With regret, Milton Keynes Lightning can confirm that Saturday's home game against Manchester Phoenix has been postponed.

Prolonged heavy snow in the north-west and the Home Counties means that Phoenix have been unable to make their journey to Milton Keynes.

MK Lightning General Manager Vito Rausa said, "We absolutely understand that both sets of supporters will be hugely disappointed that tonight's game can't go ahead - our games against Manchester are always exciting, and it's also disappointing to have to cancel our last home game before Christmas. But I know that everyone will understand that the safety of the Phoenix team and of both sets of supporters is more important, - we'll let everyone know as soon as we're able to reschedule."
