U16's and U18's In MK Tournament |

Without a doubt this past weekend has been the weekend of the year for MK Juniors as players of both the Under 16 and 18 teams put on a National Tournament over the weekend. The players organised the weekend that included teams from Nottingham, Oxford, Grimsby, Telford, Solihull and also there was a disco on the Saturday night.
Both MK teams did very well in getting to the finals in their respective age groups. The 16's lost to Solihull and the 18's came from behind to beat Nottingham 4-2. There was some great hockey on display all weekend and it was very nice to see such great support from the MK hockey community. All the players should be proud of the weekend that they put on and the hockey that they played. A huge Thanks goes to all the many volunteers that helped make the weekend such a great success. A special thanks goes out to Sue Robinson for her tireless support. |
