The Milton Keynes Lightning would like to thank Ross Bowers for the past 12 months of service. Ross has decided to take 12 months out of the EPL so that he can focus on his off-ice career. Ross felt that it would not be fair on either the club or his hockey if he could not be fully committed to the cause of defending the League title.
Ross, a junior MK product scored some big goals for us last season in his second stint with the Black and Gold. He hopes to one day return to the Lightning and we respect his decision and wish him all the best.
