MKL Set For Phantom Visit |
|
Milton Keynes Lightning are excited to get back to winning ways at home with a tough match tonight against rivals Peterborough Phantoms. After last weekend's poor performance against the Jets were we were dominated for two periods we will be looking to put in a 60 minute performance that both ourselves and fans can be proud of.
Tonight's match will see us without influential defender Lukas Zatopek who will be out with a broken finger. Lukas suffered the injury last Saturday against Slough in the first period but played on through the weekend. He had it X-rayed over the week and will be out of action for this weekend for definite and is hopeful for a return the following weekend. With the exception of Lukas we are fit and healthy and looking forward to tonight's match. Face-off 7pm! |
