Busy Weekend for Storm

The MK Storm junior club had a very busy weekend with 5 of the age group teams playing games.

On Saturday the Under 14's lost to Cardiff in a game that see-sawed back and forth for the first two periods.

The Under 18's narrowly lost to Basingstoke 2-1 before earning a massive point against Bracknell in a 2-2 draw. The Under 18's have really come on over the last few months and that is a credit to the coaches (Duncan Pullar and Andy Linton) and all the players.

Our Under 14(2) squad battled hard in a loss down in Haringay after our Under 12's came up with the result of the season to date. Although trailing 5-2 after period 1 the lads battled back to win 7-6 in the top of the table clash with the undefeated Haringay U12's. This keeps our Under 12 team undefeated. Well done to coaches Keiron Goody, Richard Brown and Jon Russell and all the players.

Under 16 (A) squad kept their promotion chances alive with an 11-2 win. Well done to all the players, coaches and parents for a fantastic weekend of hockey.
